Product Introduction
This split pig scalding and dehairing unit consists of two independent equipment: constant temperature scalding tank and automatic hydraulic pig dehairer. It is special supporting equipment for large & medium pig slaughter production lines. The whole set is made of thick food-grade 304 stainless steel. The separate scald tank provides independent temperature control and water circulation stirring, while the dehairer adopts hydraulic automatic pressing and multi-roller synchronous hair scraping. It completes pig scalding and dehairing in separate procedures, suitable for large-volume continuous slaughter in designated slaughterhouses and meat processing plants, with thorough dehairing and intact pig skin.
