Product Introduction

This new integrated chaff cutting and grass kneading machine with chain auto feeding has two power options: electric motor type and diesel engine type, specially designed for cattle, sheep and rabbit farms. It can complete straw cutting and shredding in one step, suitable for wet & dry corn stalk, elephant grass, peanut vine, rice straw, alfalfa and weeds. The finished soft filament feed improves livestock palatability and digestion rate greatly. Equipped with universal moving wheels, easy to transfer, fit for farms with power supply and remote mountain pastures without electricity.

Working Principle

Lay bundled straw or green grass on the feeding table, conveyor chain automatically sends forage into processing chamber. High-speed alloy cutter cuts long grass into short segments, then internal hammers beat and tear crude fiber into soft filament feed. Finished grass comes out from bottom or cyclone tube, can be fed directly or mixed with concentrate to make feed pellets.
