Main Purpose
This is an auto-feeding disc tooth claw pulverizer, available in two power configurations: diesel engine drive (first picture) and electric motor drive (second picture). It is mainly used for crushing all kinds of grains and raw feed materials for farms and rural households.
Automatic Self-suction Feeding
Equipped with a suction pipe, it automatically sucks corn, wheat, rice, sorghum, beans and other dry grains into the crushing chamber without manual feeding, saving labor and avoiding dust spillage. The cyclone dust collector on the top separates finished powder and dust to keep the working environment clean.
Grain Crushing & Milling
- Process corn, rice, wheat, soybeans, millet into fine flour for human food such as cornmeal, wheat flour, rice flour.
- Crush spices like chili, pepper, star anise into fine powder.
Livestock & Poultry Feed Processing
Crude feed raw materials including corn, soybean meal, bran, straw, alfalfa, peanut hulls to make mixed feed for pigs, cattle, sheep, chickens, ducks, rabbits and other livestock. Fine powder improves animal digestion and feed absorption rate.
