Product Introduction
This integrated machine combines automatic feeding, grain crushing, and uniform mixing into one piece of equipment, specially developed for small and medium livestock & poultry farms and family breeders raising pigs, chickens, cattle, and sheep. It replaces separate crushers and mixers, completing the whole feed processing in a fully closed cycle without dust leakage, effectively saving labor and improving production efficiency.
Main Structure
1. Vertical Mixing Silo
It is made of thickened carbon steel plate, with a cylindrical upper part and conical bottom. Built-in spiral lifting mixing blades are installed inside. An inspection window is reserved on the side wall for observing the mixing state of materials at any time. A discharge hopper is installed at the bottom of the cone, and the finished feed can be directly bagged after mixing. The integrated heavy steel support frame ensures stable operation without shaking.
2. Self-suction Crushing Unit
An independent thickened crushing box is arranged on the right side, with wear-resistant hammer blades inside. Matched with a metal suction pipe and flexible corrugated hose, the built-in fan generates negative pressure to automatically suck raw materials such as corn and soybean meal, eliminating manual shoveling and handling.
3. Fully Sealed Conveying Pipeline
The crushed fine powder is transported to the mixing silo through a closed hose. The whole process avoids dust overflow, reduces raw material loss and protects the health of operators.
