Product Introduction
This small flat die feed pellet machine has two power options: electric motor type and diesel engine type. It is specially developed for family breeders and small & medium farms. It can directly extrude raw materials such as corn, soybean meal, wheat bran, straw, grass, and rice husk into cylindrical feed pellets without an extra drying process. Fast forming and firm pellets greatly improve livestock digestion rate and reduce feed waste. Equipped with movable wheels, the machine can be easily moved indoors or to outdoor farms.
Working Principle
Pour crushed and mixed grains, grass, straw, and other raw materials into the feeding hopper. Materials enter the extrusion chamber, pressed through flat die holes by strong rollers to form strip pellets, then cut by a side cutting knife. After natural cooling, hard finished pellets are produced with moderate hardness and no breakage, with great palatability for animals.

Family small-scale breeding farms, cattle & sheep fattening farms, chicken & duck hatcheries, rabbit & pigeon farms, small feed processing workshops; mountain areas without electricity, outdoor grazing bases, and indoor standardized breeding houses.
