This multi-functional hammer mill grinder is equipped with double feeding hoppers and a cyclone collecting barrel, widely used as raw material crushing equipment for livestock farms. Materials are crushed by high-speed hammer impact. It can grind grains, straw, vines, and other dry & wet raw materials into uniform fine powder. The cyclone collector ensures dust-free discharge, suitable for family breeders, medium & small farms, and small feed workshops. It can work independently or be matched with a feed mixer and pellet mill. Movable wheels make transfer easy.
Working Principle
Raw materials enter the crushing chamber from the matched inlet. High-speed alloy hammers continuously strike materials, which collide and rub between hammers and liners for crushing. Qualified fine powder passes through the screen mesh, is transported to the cyclone barrel by negative fan pressure, then settles for bagging. Oversized particles stay inside for secondary crushing.
